Roof Styles
This video explains the three different roof styles to choose from. After deciding which roof style you would like, decide on whether you would like sides, ends or gable ends added to your carport.
Side panes
When determining the siding options to choose from on your carport, you can choose from many different options. You can add 3' side panels, 1.5' trimmed half panels, full side enclosures, or vertical enclosures on your metal carport. If you have a question about any of the side panel options, feel free to give u a call at 434-907-9114, we are happy to answer any questions, or you would like us to price any of these options on your carport we are happy to send you an accurate price as well.
End panels
When enclosing end walls on your carport, you can choose to leave them open, add gable ends, extended gable ends or enclose the end completely. We hope this video helps you understand the full plethora of end enclosure options. If you have any questions or would like pricing on enclosing an end on your carport, just give us a call at 434-907-9114.
Sidewall frame outs
A lot of our customers would like to pull their vehicles in from the side of their carport. However, the side wall comes standard with leg posts being placed 5' on center running down the length of the building. In this circumstance we offer a side wall frame out, where we add a header bar, creating an opening for cars or equipment to enter from a side wall. This video goes over the options of adding a side wall frame out on your carport. If you would like us to price out a side wall frame out on your carport or if you have questions, just give us a call anytime at 434-907-9114.
Anchoring
Our carports can be anchored on the ground, gravel, asphalt or concrete. If your getting us to install the carport on the ground or gravel, the building comes standard with re-bar anchors, however we recommend our mobile home anchors, which anchor the building firmly to the ground using mobile home anchors. If your anchoring the carport to asphalt, again the building comes standard with re-bar anchors, however we recommend upgrading to our asphalt anchors which are designed to anchor the carport to your asphalt surfaces in a way that is very similar to the mobile home anchors but the asphalt anchors will not leave a large hole in your asphalt. If your looking to have us install your carport on concrete, concrete anchors come standard with our metal carports.
Options
As with all of our metal buildings, our carports have a good deal of options that can be added if you decided to enclose any of the side or end walls. You can add roll up doors, walk through doors, windows, or a trimmed frame out for any option that you would like to add.
